Placed an order with Well Woven?  

If you submitted your order using a phone number, please check your phone messages for confirmation and order updates.

If you placed the order with an email address instead, you can expect confirmation and updates via email at the address provided. You may also track your order on wellwoven.com by following the steps below:

How to Track Your Order

  1. Log into your Well Woven customer account with the email address associated with your order and a six-digit verification code sent to your email (no password required).
  2. Once logged in, access your account dashboard to see the orders you have placed. 
  3. Click into the order of which you wish to view the status.
  4. At the top of the page, the order will show as unfulfilled, partially fulfilled or delivered. 
  5. If the item(s) in your order has shipped, the tracking number(s) for your order will appear below the order number. Expand the drop-down menu in the middle of the page to view the shipping updates from the carrier. Or, click on the tracking number to see these updates on the carrier’s website directly.
