Most Well Woven orders depart from our Easton, Pennsylvania facilities within 1-2 business days. Please note that our custom rugs and custom runner rugs are made-to-order and depart within five (5) business days.

We're not able to provide free shipping here just yet. But, how much will it cost? Well, since we're not sure where you are yet, we can't tell you on this page. Shipping cost is based on your postal code and calculated at the time of checkout. Shop now to get your quote.

Hassle-Free Return Policy

Please note that Well Woven custom rugs and runners and e-gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned at this time. For all other items, we accept returns within 14 days of the order's delivery, for any reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may start a return through our self-service feature. We offer discounted return labels and can arrange for a pickup from your home or office for a small fee. If you have additional questions or require further assistance, please reach out to our team.

Start a Return

To initiate a return using our self-service feature, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Well Woven customer account with the email address associated with your order and a six-digit verification code sent to your email (no password required).
  2. Once logged in, access your account dashboard.
  3. Click on the order you want to return (only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are eligible).
  4. If the order has multiple items, select the specific items you wish to return.
  5. Choose a reason for the return from the provided options.
  6. Add any additional notes or comments about the return if necessary.
  7. Click "Request return" to submit the return request.

After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions, which may include detailed shipping information. After the product is returned and delivered, you receive a refund.
