At Well Woven, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible—from the moment you place your order to the moment your rug arrives. We offer fast, reliable shipping on all orders, with most rugs shipping within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Not in love with your rug? No problem. We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery for our standard size items. If your item is unused and in its original condition, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.

Most Well Woven orders ship out from our Easton, Pennsylvania facilities within 1–2 business days. Please keep in mind that our custom-sized area rugs and runners are made to order and will depart within five (5) business days.

Shipping is always 100% free on orders of $99+!

Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

Unfortunately, we can’t offer free shipping to these locations just yet. Shipping costs depend on your postal code and are calculated at checkout. Simply add your items to the cart to see your shipping quote.


Return Policy

Custom-Sized Rugs & Runners: Because these items are made to order, all custom-sized area rugs and runners are final sale and cannot be returned.

All Other Items: We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, which can be handled easily through our self-service feature. We also offer discounted return labels and can arrange a pickup from your home or office for a small fee. Have more questions or need extra help? Contact us anytime!

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return using our self-service feature, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Well Woven customer account with the email address associated with your order and a six-digit verification code sent to your email (no password required).
  2. Once logged in, access your account dashboard.
  3. Click on the order you want to return (only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are eligible).
  4. If the order has multiple items, select the specific items you wish to return.
  5. Choose a reason for the return from the provided options.
  6. Add any additional notes or comments about the return if necessary.
  7. Click "Request return" to submit the return request.

After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions, which may include detailed shipping information. After the product is returned and delivered, you receive a refund.
