We firstly hope that you and your loved ones are faring well through these unfortunate times. No matter where you are and what you do, we understand this is on your mind. Sometimes we need to take a longer view of life events. Unfortunately, it seems like we are in for a long slog, but we will get to the other side.
Well Woven is focused on ensuring the safety of both of our employees and customers during this time. We want to keep you up to date about some of the safety precautions we are implementing in our offices, distribution centers, as we follow guidelines from the CDC to reduce the spread.
In our corporate office, all employees are now working from home, to promote social distancing. Our customer service team has the necessary tools to be able to assist customers via phone, email, and chat from their homes.
Our manufacturing partners and distribution facilities are being regularly monitored and sanitized. Our delivery partners (UPS, FedEx, LTL Carriers) are closely monitoring the drivers who are trained and equipped to minimize human contact.
We are doing all we can to meet deadlines of orders, and at this moment, we are fulfilling orders at a regular pace. Due to lighter staffing, there may be some unforeseeable delays.
Challenging times like these make us sit back and think about what's important, and it's incredible what happens when we come together. Here at Well Woven we value the health and happiness of our employees. In the grand scheme of things, we're a rug company, helping you change the look and feel of your space. This is our company mission, and we appreciate your support for what we do.
